Clear agreements make for a pleasant experience for everyone. Below you will find the full booking policy.
Appointment only
Obsidian Nails works by appointment only, booked via GlowBook. This ensures enough time is always reserved for your treatment.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance via GlowBook, so the freed-up slot can be offered to another client.
Late arrival
If you arrive more than 15 minutes later than your scheduled time, the treatment may be shortened or the appointment may need to be rescheduled, depending on the remaining time in the calendar.
No-show
Failing to show up without notice may result in a future booking being declined or a deposit being required.
Deposit
For certain treatments, such as longer or complex appointments, a deposit may be requested when booking via GlowBook.
Complex designs and inspo
Coming in for a complex design or nail art based on an inspiration image? Send your inspo in advance, so we can plan enough time and confirm an accurate price.
Prices may vary
The price list shows starting prices. The final price can depend on nail shape, length and the complexity of the chosen design.
Nail health
Damaged or infected nails may be refused or require an adapted, safe approach.
Allergies and sensitivities
Do you have allergies or sensitivities to certain products? Always mention this before your appointment.
