What data we collect
When booking an appointment via GlowBook, we collect your name, contact details and chosen treatment. If you send an inspiration image via WhatsApp or Instagram, we also receive that image and your messages.
Why we collect this data
We use this data to plan and confirm your appointment, to contact you about your treatment, and to accurately estimate complex designs.
GlowBook as booking provider
Bookings run through GlowBook, an external booking provider. GlowBook processes your booking data according to its own privacy policy.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics tool, to understand how the website is used.
Retention period
We do not keep data longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected for, unless a longer retention period is legally required.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, and to withdraw previously given consent.
