How do I book an appointment?
You can book easily online via GlowBook. Choose your treatment, date and time and you will receive an instant confirmation.
I saw a design on Pinterest or Instagram, can it be recreated?
Absolutely! Send your inspiration image via the website, WhatsApp or Instagram. I will review the possibilities, timing and price before we confirm an appointment.
Can I just walk in without an appointment?
Obsidian Nails works by appointment only, so there is always enough time and attention for your set.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Reschedule or cancel your appointment in time via GlowBook. Check the full booking policy for the exact timeframes.
How long does an appointment take?
This depends on the treatment: expect 1h30 for gel polish or BIAB, and 2h30 for extensions. Complex nail art can take longer.
What if my nails are damaged or infected?
Safety comes first. Damaged or infected nails may be refused or need an adapted approach. Always mention allergies or sensitivities in advance.
Why can the price differ from the price list?
The price list shows starting prices. Complex nail art or extra-long nails can affect the price. For inspo designs I always confirm the price in advance.
